Quality

Quality is a word we use often. But here, we mean it. At TITB, each and every project, big and small, is assigned a quality controller who is typically another application developer who has not worked directly on the project.

Before any project is deployed, the quality controller will review each and every page of the website or application and will ensure the project conforms to all agreed standards. In addition, we encourage our graphic designers and programmers to do their absolute best through internal peer reviews at our weekly project review meetings.

We are continually evolving, adapting to continually emerging accepted best practices and accepted standards (such as using XHTML1.1, CSS-based design, CSS Techniques and Database design methodologies).

Quality of Code

All our code is peer-reviewed and nothing but the highest standards is accepted. We run automated code-review software on our ColdFusion project code to ensure that it meets all accepted best practices.

Quality of Database Design

Database design is important; get it wrong and a project will never get off the ground or will be unacceptably slow or will suffer data integrity issues down the line. We have an accepted database table and field naming system. We enforce foreign key constraints. We put indexes on commonly looked-up fields for rapid access to data.

We offer standard, office-based support, available from 5:30AM to 11PM Monday to Sunday; that said we are a no-nonsense team and will always respond promptly when you need us.

We also provide an Issue Tracking System where issues can be systematically registered for resolution and the progress of resolution tracked throughout.

By default all projects have free support for bugs and critical issues from development to deployment and beyond. Service Level Agreements, support and maintenance contracts can be provided.
